Termination

Airflour may terminate or suspend user access immediately even without prior notice, correspondence, or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach any of the Terms.

Upon termination, the user’s right to use the Service is immediately cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages, including but not limited to profit and data loss, use, goodwill, and all other intangible losses that resulted from the access or use of the Service are not the liabilities of Airflour nor its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates.

Governing Law

Airflour’s failure to enforce the right or provision of these Terms will not be regarded as a waiver of those rights. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, all provisions that remains will still effect. These Terms establish the entire agreement between us with regards to the Service and supersede and replace all other prior agreements between the user and us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace the Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, at any time. If a revision is a material, we will do our best to provide at least a 30-day notice prior to having new terms taking effect. The context of a material change will be determined at our discretion.
